I am Josh (Neosis) I mailed in my payment about 3 weeks ago (maybe more). The website still shows my payment as processing and no attempt to cash the check I mailed has been made (despite the fact that I mailed it to the correct address and filled out the check properly).

I need to know if my check was received or not.

Your check was received, and it should show as cashed soon - the term "processing" is meant to convey that it has been received, and is in the process of being cashed / waiting for the bank to clear the check (that is at the bank's speed).

Sorry for the delay, when processing checks there are numerous slow-downs as it is completely non-automated, and I don't go to the bank all that often!
