As for the rules, here they are:

This year's Halo: Reach Tournament will be a 4v4, Double Elimination tournament and will feature play time using Pittco's console set up. 8 universal monitors, 8 Xboxs, PS3 controllers(for those who need/want them), and projectors for all to watch and enjoy the tournament.

Rules will follow standard MLG rules for Team Slayer unless the captains of all teams vote against them. They are as follows:

Primary Weapon: DMR
Secondary Weapon: None
Health Recharge: 0%
Starting Equipment: None
Player Speed: 120%
Jump Height: 110%
Player Gravity: 150%
Motion Tracker Mode: Off
Spartan Loadouts 1-5: Hidden
Suicide Penalty: None
Betrayal Penalty: None
Respawn Traits, Equipment Usage: Disabled
Team Changing: Not Allowed.
Score to Win: 50
Teams: Enabled
Time Limit: 15 Minutes
